Cottage 221A  is a semi detached retirement cottage in Stromboli's Retirement Village near Plettenberg Bay. It is in Phase 2, about 4 years old. North facing with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with showers.  The open plan living area adjoins a well fitted kitchen and leads into the garage on the south side. There are fitted blinds in the kitchen and lounge area, fitted carpets throughout.

This cottage is available with or without Assisted Living facilities, depending on the needs of the occupant.
