Our Staff

Catering

Our Catering is outsourced to Cape Food Solutions and Services. Marietha Swart, our Cape Food manager in the kitchen, supervises two teams of three ladies who work the same shifts as Frailcare. We have one cook per shift and the other two ladies share the serving, washing, cleaning and delivering meals to cottages when requested by the resident.
